Dawn was the first designer that No Guilt Bakes hired who actually took the time to understand what our brand was about. Prior to that the significant sums of money we had spent on branding had led to a logo we did not like and packaging that was insufficient for the brand we were building. She explained her brand process but also took the time to talk to both of us to understand what we wanted the brand to represent and what we wanted to stand out on our front of pack. She came up with 2 different concepts within 1.5 weeks of speaking to us which was amazingly quick and really took our feedback on board.
